White Glove Onboarding:

At Friends and Company, we believe that a successful partnership starts with a strong foundation of understanding and alignment. That’s why all of our services come with a 30-day white-glove onboarding support period. This initial phase is designed to ensure a seamless integration and to set the stage for a successful collaboration.

After the white glove onboarding period, we will assess your needs and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to your account to determine the best way forward. Depending on your internal organization’s chain of command, we may continue to provide text message support at a monthly additional fee for a select group, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

30-Day Business Review

Additionally, we require a 30-day face-to-face, in-person meeting 30 days after the first payment. This meeting is crucial for us to ensure that we are fully aligned with your business goals, culture, and expectations. It provides an opportunity for both parties to evaluate the partnership and ensure that we are the right fit for each other.

We value transparency and honesty in our relationships. During this meeting, we will assess our working relationship. If either party feels the collaboration is not the right fit, we will respectfully and amicably part ways. Our goal is to provide the best possible service and support, and sometimes, that means recognizing when a partnership may not be mutually beneficial.

At Friends and Company, we believe in creating seamless and effective communication channels to ensure the success of our partnership. To ensure effective collaboration, we recommend the following communication methods, listed below, in order of preference. By following these communication methods, we can maintain clear and efficient interactions, ensuring that our partnership is productive and aligned with your business objectives.

  1. Emails: Best for detailed information, project updates, and documentation. They allow for clear, written communication that can be easily referenced.

  2. Video Conferences (Google Meet): Ideal for face-to-face meetings. Useful for presentations, collaborative discussions, and visual demonstrations.

  3. Telegram Communication: Useful for quick updates and coordination in a group setting. It provides a platform for both instant messaging and document sharing.

  4. Phone Calls: Ideal for discussing complex issues, brainstorming sessions, and immediate feedback. Calls provide a personal touch and ensure clarity through real-time conversation.

  5. Text Messages: Useful for quick, urgent updates and coordination. After onboarding, text message support can be continued for a select group at an additional fee.

  6. In-Person: As Needed and Determined by our CEO and COO.

After the 30-day white-glove onboarding period, each client will receive a branded Friends and Company email address. This email will follow the format: businessname@withfriendsandcompany.com.
